 In providing our services we create photographs which may identify you, your family members and other participants and that may be considered personal data.  Our photographs may be produced in print and digital format.  You are responsible for ensuring that all participants in a photograph sessions have been provided with a copy of this privacy policy.

You contact me via telephone or email you details will be added to ‘Light Blue’ a management software. This software enables me track your enquires, send contracts and invoices.

If you use our contact form located on our website’s ‘contact us’ page, your message along with your details will be added to ‘Light Blue’. You will only be added to our mailing list if you request to do so.

We use ‘Light Blue’ a management software to store your data.

We use ‘Online Picture Proof’ to host your online galleries which are used to show you your images, place online orders & to share with family & friends. Your galleries are password protected. We can change your password on request at any time.
